Refund policy
Returns
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and free from any damage or defects.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@orvencio.com. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without first requesting authorization cannot be processed.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you do not need to return it. Simply contact us at contact@orvencio.com with a detailed description of the issue and, where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Our standard delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date your order is placed. During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take 8–14 business days.
If your order does not arrive within 30 days after it was placed, you are entitled to a full refund.
To change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@orvencio.com. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make changes or cancel the shipment.
A full or partial refund will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item. You will receive a full refund for the affected item.
- Your order does not arrive within 30 days after it was placed. You will receive a full refund for the order.
- Your item is returned to us in its original condition within the 60-day return period. You will receive a full refund for the item.
- An overpayment occurs due to a technical error. You will receive a full refund of the overpaid amount.
- We are unable to fulfill an item in your order. You will receive a full refund for that item.
- Your order is cancelled before it has been processed by our warehouse. You will receive a full refund for the order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we will work promptly to resolve any issues.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:
- Consumable products (such as patches or creams)
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital products (including e-books, downloadable content, and warranties)

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.
To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and free from damage.
Reimbursement
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
